Well
another year has flown by (literally, 650hrs worth) and I find myself writing
the President’s Message. I’m sure all of you are busy as I am. It is tough to
get everything done, including the post conference duties.
Al
Buchert and I along with lots of help from NDGF, MNDNR, University of North
Dakota, University of Minnesota Crookston and several volunteers and venders put
on great annual conference/seminar at the Grand Forks Hilton Garden Inn and at
Crookston. Thank you all.
The
speakers were interesting and informative which leads to what we are looking
for, safety and productivity. Although there is strain and strife in agencies
around the country, a lot of positive ideas and input were brought forward for
the industry as well as for the IANRP organization. We have put together a short
IANRP promotional video which has worked to show who we are and what we do. It
was agreed that we should tweak it up some to expand the scope of the agencies
and abilities represented by our group.
We can
also look forward to seeing the newsletter in our mail box once again. We are
hoping to see articles and photos from you the members to help the whole group
benefit from the wide range of experience and activities out there.
I am
looking forward to working with Tony Payne from Alaska who was voted in as our
new Vice President. Congratulations Tony!
Thanks,
Jeff
