E. Report of the President:
Thanks to all who worked on
North Dakota Workshop. A lot of effort and coordination with narrow time
frame.
IANRP would like to present
a plaque to UND for their support and involvement in the Workshop. The UND
officials pulled through under very short notice.
Request that Executive
Committee help Tony Paynes’ wife Amal through a donation from IANRP. Tony
was tragically killed this spring in his private aircraft and his wife,
Amal seriously injured. Tony was serving as IANRP Vice President at the
time and was one of the most enthusiastic members we have ever had. He
will be missed.
Fred ordered 500 pins in
lieu of 400 due to a price break.

Request for additional video for IANRP
Video thru con aero from other members.
If we have outside requests for video should we charge to
offset cost? Any copyright issues, we need to check into this. If members
request a copy do we charge?

President: Jeff Faught to continue due to tragic loss of Tony
Payne.
Vice President: Nominations: Mike Vivon by Dave Younkin and
Steve Waters by Larry Gepfert. 6 votes Mike, 2 votes Steve. Mike Vinon is
new Vice President.

Installation of Newly Elected Officers:
New officers accepted by majority.

Business:
IANRP to reimburse Fred Kruger $25 for ink cartridges for
printer per year and reimburse cost for mailing pins & stickers.
If membership is not renewed within one year after expiration
that member shall be dropped from mailings and membership terminated. Exec
committee to respond.
Tom requested we look at trying to offset cost of retirees
attending workshops. Possibly waving registration fee or something else.
Exec committee to discuss.
Fred proposed we allow for retired, current, long time members
a lifetime membership in IANRP with full member rights. Fred will come up
with bylaw change and Exec committee to vote at next meeting.
Proposed if we should have membership in International Assoc. of Fish and
Wildlife Agencies. It would be beneficial to join so we can promote our
objectives and video at their workshop. Joe Barber to get info and report
at next meeting.
Dues increased from $25 to $35 annually. Approved
Francis Satterlee made $100 donation to IANRP for Curly (sp.).
IANRP President (Jeff) to write thank you to Francis.
Request for IANRP to donate $500 to Tony Payne’s wife Amal and
IANRP president to compose letter of thanks for Tony’s dedication and hard
work promoting IANRP. Approved by majority.
Alaska proposed and accepted for next years workshop. Paul
Anderson and his crew to host. Thanks Paul.
Florida a possible for 2007. Joe Barber to check at Titusville
for possible contacts to host. Colorado possible alternate
for2007Minnosota possible for 2008.
Proposed that we put word out on Con-aero web site for
possible future locations of workshops.
Dave Younkin and Larry Waskow nominated and approved to Exec
committee.
Proposed student discount into IANRP by Paul Snider. Possibly
$15 and to include Pin and bumper sticker. Exec committee to discuss.
Proposed scholarship for student enrolled in natural resource
studies. Qualification to be. i.e. junior enrolled in natural resource
studies and in pilot training or licensed pilot.
Nominations coming from instructors and professors.
We should also include cadets membership.
Paul Snider to head committee for recommendations to
Exec committee. Joe, Al, and Dave to help come up with program, cadet
application form and present to Exec committee.
